This is our current architectural addition project in Malvern East—this extension and renovation of a charming 1920s home. This alteration aims to honor the classic character of the original structure while infusing modern elegance, sophistication and functionality.

The project involves a intricate extension that seamlessly integrates with the existing architecture, enhancing the living space without compromising the home's historic charm. We will be revitalizing original features such as ornate moldings and period fireplaces, while introducing contemporary elements like open-plan living areas and large steel framed glass doors that create a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
