“My wife and I have a glamourous bathroom! It wasn’t always so. Until last year it was a large, drab room with 1970’s fixtures. Thanks to David Bartley and Baytech Constructions our bathroom is tastefully tiled, has a marble top double vanity, a modern toilet, a frameless glass shower and a free-standing bathtub. The crystal chandelier and sconces add to the overall, upmarket appearance.
David provided us with a quote and “delivered” our new bathroom on time and within budget. He also agreed to revisions we made to our plans during the installation. His apprentice, Oscar, willingly undertook unpleasant tasks during the demolition phase and crawled under the house to add a concrete stump where the new tub was to be placed. Under David’s direction, his brother a qualified electrician, overcame the challenges of re-wiring behind double brick Victorian walls. Even David’s father became involved, when we needed someone to assemble the complex chandelier. In summary, David went the extra mile to deliver a bathroom that gives us joy each time we use it. He delivered the renovation with a smile and happy personality and did it all on time without any unexpected expenses. We highly recommend David and would confidently employ his services again”.
